FIMM - RULES

A registration pack will be handed out to the teams.
 

• Registration Terms
  
  
  • To be over 16 years old. Competitors under 18 must provide a parental agreement.
    
    
  • To provide a medical certificate dated less than one year, with no contra-indication to mountain marathon.
    
    
  • To set up a team of two members.
    
    
  • To pay the registration fee.
    
    

• Prize giving
  
  
  • The best teams of each category will be awarded.
    
    
  • All team members will be offered a souvenir of the event.
    
    
• Compulsory gear

  For one team:

  • a tent with groundsheet, a stove with the necessary fuel and pans, a first aid kit with at least a bandage, sterile compresses, sticking plaster and a antiseptic, a survival blanket.

  For each team member:

  • a rucsac, a whistle and a torch with spare batteries, food for 2 days, a water bottle (please note that water will be provided at checkpoints and at the bivouac), a warm sleeping bag, warm and waterproof clothes. Shoes must be adapted to mountain hikes (possible walks on rocks and snow).
